What one video includes
Each Closed on Sunday AI video films the music video's choir scene again with the person or pet in your photo standing in the middle for the whole shot, singing along to the original song. The choir is one of our 12, one you describe in words, or one that copies a picture you upload; the crowd's movement and the timing follow the original. You get a 14-second, 16:9 HD MP4 without a watermark, ready to post on TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
The price covers the AI video model, which films a new 14-second clip for every order. That model work is why we do not give free trial videos: each one costs us real money to render. To see the quality first, watch the real output on the home page; it was made with this exact pipeline.
Refunds
You pay for a video only when it finishes. If a render fails, or the model's safety check declines a photo, the video goes back to your balance automatically. Unused videos never expire. If you change your mind, email contact@closedonsundayai.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the unused videos in that purchase to your card. Finished videos cannot be refunded because the model cost has already been paid, but if a result is clearly broken (for example the face in the middle is not yours), write to us with the date and we will look at it.
Payments are processed by Stripe in your local currency where we support it (US dollars elsewhere); taxes may apply at checkout. We never see your card details.

Is there a subscription?
No. You buy videos once and use them whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel.
Why is there no free preview?
Every video is a fresh 14-second render on a large AI video model, and each render has a real cost. Instead of a blurry free preview we show real, unedited results made with this pipeline, and we refund any video that fails.
What happens if I am not happy with a video?
Failed renders are refunded automatically. If a finished video is clearly broken, email us with the date and we will review it. A clear, front-facing photo gives the best results, so read the photo tips before you start.
Why is the price different in my country?
We set prices by country so they fit local incomes, and you see and pay them in your own currency (euros, pounds, yen, rupees and about 25 more; other countries pay in US dollars). This page switches to your local prices as it loads. Your price comes from where you open the site, the payment window shows it before you pay, and the checkout page shows the final amount. What you get is the same everywhere.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the wallets Stripe shows at checkout for your country. Checkout opens in a new tab and your videos appear in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
